Newave hires Juha Lantta as Product Marketing Director

Newave hired Juha Lantta, former Manager of Eaton Power Quality Oy’s Large Systems Group, to run the UPS manufacturer’s new product marketing department. Mr Lantta has vast expertise in the power protection industry and has more than 22 years of technical and commercial experience in UPS.

Mr Lantta, who will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, will take full responsibility for the Product Marketing department with the objective of making Newave’s product marketing world class – reflecting Newave’s outstanding product quality and reliability.

Under Mr Lantta the Product Marketing department will product manage all of Newave’s UPS products and will incorporate the analysis of market dynamics, competitors and customer wants/needs and the provision of product plans for assigned products. The development of global product strategies as well as detailed product life-cycle plans and specifications will also be inherent parts of the department’s duties. Juha Lantta has been working on power protection technology since 1988.
